| Meet our Staff:
Lisa Bierman—Landscape Designer
Lisa holds degrees in horticulture and landscape design from the University of Maryland, College Park, and El Camino College, California. She is also an ISA certified arborist. Lisa has been designing landscapes in the Northern Virginia area for the last four years and has been involved in both residential and commercial design. Lisa feels that it’s very important for her clients to be part of the design process, so she can create a more personalized design, catering to your specific needs and desires.
Lisa’s goals are to help clients design, plant/build, and grow a successful landscape, whether it be a low maintenance foundation planting, a three-season perennial cutting garden, or a patio/walkway. The design should be based on the client’s lifestyle, planned space usage, desired effects, site characteristics, and any specific planting or color desires. Lisa likes the concept of creating an “outdoor room” used just as often as your favorite room in your house, so that your garden may provide you with many years of enjoyment.
